Vacancies from HeadHunter and [email protected] on Yandex’s MoiKrug

Internet, February 24, 2009. HeadHunter, Mail.Ru and Yandex joined effort to offer new opportunities for job seekers and employers. Now, the MoiKrug service is integrated with the two popular recruiting resources, HeadHunter and [email protected]. In November 2008, not long before the integration, HeadHunter and [email protected] launched a partnership project.

Employers advertising their vacancies on HeadHunter or [email protected] will also have these vacancies automatically published on MoiKrug. Thus, job offers from these services will be added to database on MoiKrug.

Placing vacancies on hh.ru and rabota.mail.ru which will be simultaneously published on MoiKrug will allow HR managers to receive more applications. Applicants’ responses will be directed to employer’s profile on the website where the vacancy was advertised. Responses from the MoiKrug users will have an automatically generated resume, based on the information in user’s profile.

“Integration with MoiKrug gives HeadHunter an opportunity to increase our applicant audience considerably as well as to attract more professionals to our portal,” says Yury Virovets, President of the HeadHunter Group. “Also, this integration will allow us to offer our clients more services, and, crucially, will make recruiting more personal. Using a personal profile on the MoiKrug service, an HR Manager can talk to candidates not just as a representative of a company, but also as a private person.”

“It is increasingly more difficult to find a job during the crisis. Integration with MoiKrug makes job offers from the leading employers available to a larger number of top specialists. This is another step (and a very important one) towards the primary goal of [email protected] that is to provide a job offer to every single visitor to our website. Yet another interesting outcome of this integration is that when the advertised vacancies get simultaneously published on MoiKrug, this allows employers to reach an attractive, but hard to reach with the standard methods, audience of the sought-after specialists, who are not looking for a job at the moment, but might get interested after spotting an attractive offer,” says Alyona Vladimirskaya, head of the [email protected] project.

“Recruitment websites are many,” says Dmitry Koterov, head of the MoiKrug service. “Browsing for the right vacancy, job seekers jump from one website to another, which is not that handy. Now, our users can see not only the vacancies that employers publish directly on MoiKrug, but also job offers coming from other services. Currently, it’s HeadHunter and Rabota.Mail.ru. We also plan further integration with other large online recruitment resources. We will consider each integration opportunity individually, based on mutual interests.”

[email protected] (rabota.mail.ru) is a popular recruitment and employment website offering more than 45,000 current vacancies. [email protected] is integrated with other services on the Mail.Ru portal, including social networking service Moi [email protected], which assists in effective recruitment both inside and outside recruitment field. The project has a monthly audience of 4 million visitors.

HeadHunter Group (hh.ru) operates on the online recruitment market since 2000. The website hh.ru has more than 2.8 million resumes and over 40,000 open vacancies. The majority of the job seeker audience is qualified specialists and middle and top managers.

Moi Krug (moikrug.ru) is a network for professionals, a recruitment and employment service. The service was purchased by Yandex in March 2007. The service’s developer team joined Yandex as a result of the acquisition. During the first six months after the purchase, the number of Moi Krug’s users quadrupled and is still growing. More than 2.7 million people have personal profiles on Moi Krug.
